Kushal is the module leader for Contract Law and Critical Analysis of Professional Practice. His main role as module leader is to design teaching materials and assessments which are stimulating enough and provide students with an excellent teaching and learning experience and opportunity.
Kushal’s research interest is on the rule of law. He is currently working on researching and writing an article on the machiavelism façade of the rule of law which will demonstrate how the rule of law is used on the global political platform in oppressing the real values of democracy.
Kushal has also been recently researching the role of international law in combating global air pollution.

Kushal has a number of years of teaching in the higher education sector. He has been teaching on International and Human Rights Law, Public Law and Human Rights, English Legal System, Contract Law and International Environmental Law.
Impact and Engagement:
Kushal also participates in promoting widening participation and extra-curricular activities. He is currently the lead for the horizon award for the law department and the lead for the law society at GSM London.
