Professional Biography

Professional Experience:

  • Highly accomplished young professional with several years of experience working in Retail and 3+ years in Teaching
  • Certified Fellow of The Higher Education Academy
  • Completed a Postgraduate Certificate in Higher Education Practice course.
  • Presently the Programme Leader for BSc Business Management with E-commerce.
  • Versatile and multi-skilled with ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously; an effective communicator with strong analytical, critical problem solving & organisational skills.
  • Experience in managing and driving diversified & multi-cultural work environments.



Research Interests:

From the launch of e-commerce as a business methodology that uses microelectronic medium to complete business transaction, companies started to understand the importance of electronic market place in order to achieve their objectives regarding customer loyalty. It is vital to investigate how businesses are using e-commerce and digital marketing has strategic tools to develop online customer loyalty (e-loyalty).
